ABOUT THIS STORE


One of the largest stores in the NEC empire, the Malden site offers a variety of amenities not commonly found in any comic shop. The first thing you will notice on entering are the tables and chairs laid out for casual reading and gameplay. Grab a cold drink from the cooler; perhaps a cookie or snack treat. If your tastes run to something a tad hotter, try some of our delicious tea or cocoa. The perfect accompaniment for one of our delicious chocolate biscotti.

You'll discover we offer more than just temptations for your palate as you peruse the interior of the shop. We have more than 150 feet of shelf space devoted to our wall-book collection. Over 200 titles ranging from Archie comics to Byrne/Claremont X-Men. If you're interested in more pedestrian back-issues, Malden has one of our more eclectic collections of older comics. Our bins are currently stocked with over 15,000 back issues. This is in addition to our massive array of bargain books. On Saturdays this summer we will be resuming our comics-by-the-pound specials!

If your a gamer, or want to become one, we have a diverse selection of games and related material. From Mage-Knight to Barrel of Monkeys, you'll find the perfect game to while away the hours. Magic singles are also available. Feel free to direct any inquiries to our Manager, Jim. He's been a avid gamer for years.

Manga devotees will find a section of the store devoted entirely to them. DVD's, comics, trades, toys, and more await you here.

Indeed, no matter your interests and tastes, the well trained Malden NEC Staff will direct you to items guaranteed to amuse and entertain. You may even learn a thing or two (if your not too careful.)



HOW TO FIND US
From I 93 - Take route sixty east to left on main street in Malden then almost immediately left again onto pleasant street.

By T - Take the Orange Line to Malden Centre. Walk straight through the government plaza court yard. We are about two short blocks down on the left.
